Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in corporate finance, M&A, advisory or private equity.
• Masters/MBA/CFA/CA or equivalent; strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Originating, structuring and executing corporate finance deals.
• Lead deal life cycle with financial modelling and due diligence.
• Coordinate with coverage, credit and Sharia compliance teams.
• Lead syndication strategy and investor presentations.
