Treasury Analyst

CARMA is a global leader in media intelligence, providing cutting-edge media monitoring and analysis solutions to clients worldwide. We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support our international treasury operations and help optimize global cash flow management.

The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing CARMA’s day-to-day treasury activities, ensuring effective cash management, banking operations, and compliance with internal controls and banking regulations. This role will support CARMA’s global treasury function, working closely with subsidiaries, finance teams, and banking partners primarily based in Dubai and globally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage global cash positions daily, ensuring adequate liquidity across CARMA’s group entities.
• Execute payments, manage fund transfers, and support intercompany funding processes in alignment with internal policies.
• Maintain and update group-wide cash flow forecasts, collaborating with finance teams across regions to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts globally; support bank account opening/closure and KYC processes in coordination with local teams.
• Liaise with CARMA’s banking partners (primarily in Dubai) for execution of treasury services including FX, funding, and bank guarantees.
• Support short-term financing and working capital optimization, including invoice discounting, and treasury facility drawdowns.
• Assist in managing banking relationships and reviewing banking fees to optimize costs and services.
• Monitor compliance with treasury policies, controls, and internal audit recommendations.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems or tools to enhance visibility and reporting.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting of cash positions, interest costs, and treasury KPIs to senior management.
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders during audits or treasury reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACT, ACCA) is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in a treasury, banking, or corporate finance role within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of global banking practices, cash management, and foreign exchange.
• Experience working with multi-currency bank accounts and international subsidiaries is preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive communicator with the ability to manage cross-border stakeholders and timelines.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
