Treasury Accountant

Al Saqer Property Management is a real estate arm of United AlSaqer Group L.L.C. ASPM manages and leases properties in the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, and overseas. Our development projects continue to provide quality residential, commercial, and retail space at affordable prices which appeal to a broad range of customers.

We are looking for a skilled Treasury Accountant to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, managing banking relationships, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor daily cash positions and perform cash flow forecasting for operational and strategic purposes.
2. Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital requirements.
3. Prepare monthly cash flow reports for senior management and assist with long-term financial planning.
4. Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
5. Perform daily cash reconciliations and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
6. Manage the company’s liquidity, ensuring that cash is available when needed and optimizing cash reserves.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting Certification

Experience: Accounting 2 Years Experience

Technical Skills: Oracle or any financial systems - MS Office/Excel

Communication skills: Time Management – Interpersonal skills - Self Confidence and Dependable in solving problems
