In this role, you will provide outstanding personal service to our high-profile clients while traveling both domestically and internationally. Your duties will encompass everything from managing travel logistics to delivering personalized service, ensuring that every aspect of our clients’ experiences is seamless and luxurious.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Anticipate the needs of clients before, during, and after travel, providing personalized assistance and support.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are executed flawlessly, with attention to detail and a focus on client preferences.
- Provide exemplary butler service, including meal preparation, dining arrangements, and personal shopping.
- Assist with wardrobe management, packing, unpacking, and garment care.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reservations, and correspondence.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with clients.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and service, representing the company’s values and dedication to client satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Butler, Traveling Butler, Personal Assistant, or in a high-end service role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules
- Valid passport and clean driving license
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
