Caliberly is seeking a proactive Junior Customer Support Executive to assist travelers with inquiries, bookings, and service requests across multiple channels. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely responses, and smooth travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, travel, tourism, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and genuine interest in travel may be considered.
• UAE experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems, CRM platforms, or reservation software is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with travel packages, tours, reservations, bookings, and general service-related queries.
• Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, schedules, availability, pricing, and booking procedures.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
• Handle customer requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
