Job summary

ISA is seeking a talented techno-functional specialist to support corporate travel technology, including GDS platforms, OBTs, and API integrations. You will collaborate with business teams, vendors, and developers to deliver system enhancements aligned with travel policies and operational goals.

You will troubleshoot travel solutions, maintain APIs, and support B2B portals, POS, and expense management integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems and APIs.
Experience with OBT/B2B solutions and corporate travel.
Project management experience and SQL basics.
Python or C# knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as techno-functional contact for travel technology solutions, gathering requirements and guiding delivery.
Support and troubleshoot GDS-based solutions (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre) ensuring stability.
Assist in integrating Air/Non-Air APIs and validating interfaces with third parties.
Provide support for OBTs for corporate customers and ensure policy alignment.
Collaborate on B2B portals and POS maintenance to improve user experience.
Analyze travel data (profiles, policies, rates, supplier info) for accuracy.
Support expense management solutions (e.g., SAP Concur) integration.
Translate business needs into functional specs and solution designs.
Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and stakeholder comms.
Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and change management.
