We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and target-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tourism division in Dubai. If you have a flair for sales and a background in the vibrant world of travel, let’s talk!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Selling travel packages, holidays, flights, and services
  2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  3. Understanding customer needs and creating tailor-made travel solutions
  4. Hitting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  5. Keeping up with travel trends, visa regulations, and destination knowledge
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs, ensuring personalized service.
  7. Create customized travel itineraries that align with clients' desires and budgets, showcasing your attention to detail and creativity.
  8. Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and competitive pricing to offer clients the best options.
  9. Negotiate with suppliers, including airlines and hotels, to secure the best rates and packages for clients, enhancing their travel experience.
  10. Manage booking processes from initial inquiry to final confirmation, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with clients.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout their travel journey.
  12. Utilize travel industry software and tools to efficiently track bookings, client preferences, and inventory management.
  13. Attend travel expos and networking events to promote services and stay connected with industry partners and suppliers.
  14. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

What You Bring to the Table:

  1. Proven experience in travel sales or a similar role
  2. Strong knowledge of travel & tourism industry
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Energetic, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for the role.
  7. At least 2-3 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role, demonstrating proven success in meeting sales targets.
  8. Certifications such as IATA or ASTA that showcase professional commitment and knowledge of the travel industry.
  9. Experience in customer service roles, highlighting the importance of communication and client relationship management.
  10. Preference for candidates with multicultural backgrounds to better relate to diverse clientele and understand various travel needs.
