Bait Al-Zawiah Travel and Tourism LLC, a fast-growing travel agency based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, creating customized travel packages, and providing exceptional service to both individual and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell inbound and outbound travel packages (including flights, hotels, visas, tours, and holiday packages).
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing professional advice and suitable travel options.
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new leads through networking and referrals.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for bookings, rates, and confirmations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and destination knowledge.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely follow-up.

Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales, preferably in the UAE.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus).

Familiarity with UAE visa processing and travel regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
