  • Research and recommend suitable travel packages, accommodations, and activities, ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, industry developments, and emerging destinations to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to stay current with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes, clearly communicating the value and benefits of recommended travel options.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, and airlines to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field, showcasing a strong educational foundation.
  • 2-4 years of experience in travel sales or a related customer service role, demonstrating proven industry knowledge.
