Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Travel Retail Manager - PERFUMES to lead our perfume operations across duty-free and travel retail channels in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the fragrance industry, with proven experience in managing travel retail operations and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all travel retail perfume counters across UAE airports and duty-free locations
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective planning and execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel retail operators and partners
• Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute travel retail-specific campaigns and promotions
• Ensure compliance with airport and retail authority regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in travel retail or perfume
• Strong knowledge of the fragrance and luxury retail market
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
