Job summary

Qualifications

• Female candidate with a minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good computer skills and typing speed.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and type visa applications and travel documents.
• Enter and update client information in databases.
• Verify the accuracy of documents before submission.
• Maintain organized records of client files and transactions.
• Assist travel consultants with documentation requirements.
• Handle printing, scanning, photocopying and filing tasks.
• Track application statuses and update reports.
• Ensure documentation complies with company standards.
