Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our Travel Desk and provide administrative/reception support. The role requires excellent coordination skills, customer service orientation and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced IT environment.
Travel Desk
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation).
- Negotiate with vendors and travel agencies to ensure cost-effective bookings.
- Maintain travel-related documentation (itineraries, expense reports, approvals).
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
- Provide support for last-minute changes, cancellations or emergencies.
Administration & Reception
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors and clients; manage the reception desk professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence; redirect as necessary.
- Manage meeting room bookings, visitor passes and office supplies.
- Support office administration tasks.
- Assist HR/Admin team in onboarding support and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Administration/Commerce/Travel & Tourism).
- 25 years of experience in travel desk admin or receptionist role (experience in IT/ITES industry preferred).
- Knowledge of travel booking tools and expense management systems will be an added advantage.
