Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Travel Coordinator for its Head Office in DIFC, Dubai. You will manage flight and hotel bookings, itineraries, and visa applications while ensuring seamless travel support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Based in Dubai, you will coordinate travel documentation, handle last-minute changes, and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth trips for executives and staff across the group’s UAE and international venues.

Qualifications

• Flight and hotel bookings for domestic and international travel.
• Manage corporate travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Handle visa applications and related requirements.
• Coordinate travel documentation and compliance.
• Support last-minute travel changes and requests.
