We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Travel Coordinator to join our team and help create unforgettable journeys for our clients. At least 2 years of UAE Experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

1. Travel Planning & Customization: Design and curate personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

2. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service throughout the travel planning process.

3. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with travel suppliers, tour operators, and service providers to secure the best deals and ensure smooth execution of trips.

4. Booking & Documentation: Manage travel bookings, confirmations, invoicing, and ensure clients receive all necessary travel documents.

5. Crisis Management: Provide real-time support during travel disruptions, emergencies, or last-minute changes, ensuring client satisfaction.

6. Travel Research: Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination insights to provide clients with expert guidance.

7. Tools & Technology: Utilize travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and other software to streamline processes and maintain accurate client records.

8. Problem-Solving & Multitasking: Handle multiple client requests with efficiency, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional travel experience.
