Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Coordinator to oversee travel logistics and support the end-to-end management of employee travel. This role ensures that all travel arrangements are cost-effective, compliant with company policies, and executed efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements.
  • Manage complete travel logistics: booking, itinerary planning, airport transfers, and travel-related documentation.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and internal departments to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Track and manage travel requests, approvals, and expenses in line with corporate travel policies.
  • Provide support for last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergency travel needs.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and prepare regular reports on travel activity and costs.
  • Stay updated on visa requirements, health regulations, and regional travel advisories.

Requirements:
