We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel & Holidays Coordinator (Inbound and Outbound) member to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and operations related to holiday packages, ensuring smooth execution of services.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure necessary resources for our packages.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Address any operational issues or challenges in a timely manner to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the holiday package industry, with a strong understanding of operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and partners.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operational management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Minimum 2 years in the holiday package industry with UAE experience.
