Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is hiring a Transport Planning & Modelling Engineer to support transport planning, traffic engineering, and modelling projects across the UAE. The role involves developing transport models using Cube and VISUM, performing model coding, and preparing assessments and deliverables for UAE authorities.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with preferred experience in transport modelling

• Represent the company in client meetings.
• Support project delivery in line with UAE authority standards and requirements.
• Support the team in preparing technical deliverables and project proposals.

Are you an experienced Transport Planning & Modelling Engineer to support the delivery of transport planning, traffic engineering, and modelling projects across the UAE?

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Develop and apply transport models using software such as Cube and VISUM. Experience in Abu Dhabi STEAM traffic model is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Perform model coding, analysis, and enhancements using Cube / VISUM, GIS, and related tools.

• Prepare TIS/TMP assessments, including traffic impact, parking, access, and circulation analysis using Synchro and SIDRA.

• Represent the company in client meetings.

• Support project delivery in line with UAE authority standards and requirements.

• Support the team in preparing technical deliverables and project proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience

• Experience in transport modelling and traffic engineering is preferred
