Responsibilities:

1. Managing and organizing translation projects, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources.
2. Translating official documents, reports, and other materials from the source language to the target language.
3. Providing interpretation services during meetings and conferences to support business operations.
4. Ensuring translated documents are accurate, error-free, and properly formatted.
5. Reviewing and proofreading translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality, and to check for grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors.
6. Maintaining a database of translated materials for future reference.
7. Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure timely delivery of translated materials and adherence to quality standards.
8. Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
9. Staying updated with industry terminology and accurately translating technical documents.
