Job summary

Al Jawad Transformation Manager role focuses on running multi-month transformation programmes that alter operating models beyond software fixes. You will sit between the client's executive sponsor and our delivery teams, ensuring the programme keeps its shape when sponsorship shifts or resistance appears.

You will own governance, keep a named owner for change workstreams, report monthly against the engagement metric, and shape the commercial aspects with the Commercial Director, escalat ing

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in consulting or programme delivery, including regional work.
• Experience of a programme that failed, and a clear account of why.
• Comfort holding an executive to a commitment they made three months ago.
• Structured thinking under pressure and in front of a board.
• Arabic and English, professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own programme governance: workstreams, gates, decisions and escalation.
• Keep change management as a real workstream with a named owner and a metric.
• Report monthly against the operating metric written into the engagement.
• Manage the commercial shape of the programme alongside the Commercial Director.
• Escalate honestly and early when a phase is not going to land.
