Head of Professional Services - Accountancy and Finance Executive Search

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Transfer Pricing Partner to expand our client’s Transfer Pricing service line in Dubai and the broader GCC region.

The successful candidate will be a senior tax professional with deep expertise in global transfer pricing policies, local UAE requirements, OECD guidelines, and BEPS actions.

You will work closely with multinational clients, advising on complex intercompany pricing structures, compliance, and documentation strategies.

The role includes client relationship management, business development, and collaboration with regional tax teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop the transfer pricing services across various industries, including preparation of documentation, economic analyses, benchmarking, and risk assessments.
  • Advise multinational clients on planning, structuring, and defending intercompany transactions and policies in accordance with UAE and international tax law.
  • Provide guidance on OECD guidelines, UAE Corporate Tax Law, and other relevant regulations, including BEPS compliance.
  • Oversee audits, dispute resolution, and APA / APA strategies where applicable.
  • Drive growth through business development, client acquisition, and expansion of service offerings in the UAE and broader GCC region.
  • Mentor a high-performing team of transfer pricing specialists, ensuring strong technical performance and career development.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build market presence and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate with legal, audit, and corporate finance teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field
  • CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, an existing Partner or at least 2 years at director level in a Big 4 or top-tier advisory environment.
  • In-depth understanding of UAE Corporate Tax Law, OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, and BEPS initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client management.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage complex client needs.
