Our client, a German luxury automotive company, is looking for a Training Support Coordinator on a 1-year contract to assist their Sales and Management Trainers in organizing training sessions across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills who enjoys working in a structured, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate training venues, materials, and resources for internal and external trainers
  • Manage communications with HQ counterparts for international training programs
  • Handle enrolment and user setup requests as part of a centralized admin function
  • Schedule Sales and Customer Service assessments with external assessors

Reporting & Data Management

  • Track training days, fulfilment, and feedback reports
  • Manage monthly invoicing and release orders for external vendors
  • Prepare training reports and summaries for management

Training Coordination

  • Ensure maximum course attendance through proactive follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate enrolment data in internal systems for proper invoicing
  • Handle general correspondence with trainers, customers, and HQ teams

Content Support & Translation

  • Assist trainers in adapting HQ-provided training materials
  • Help create new training content drafts
  • Translate training concepts using AI tools and support with online test creation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar coordination or support role
