As a Supervisor - Training at Noon, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning initiatives and programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees.
Your role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that our workforce remains competitive and well-equipped to meet the dynamic challenges of the e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Design and Delivery:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with Noon’s strategic goals and employee development needs.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops.
- Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to diverse employee groups.
2. Needs Assessment and Analysis:
- Conduct regular training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
- Analyze data to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine specific training requirements.
3. Employee Development:
- Develop individualized development plans for employees, providing coaching and mentoring support.
- Facilitate career development programs and initiatives that encourage employee growth and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
4. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Manage the company's LMS, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting of training activities.
- Upload and maintain training content, track employee participation, and generate reports on training metrics.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI to senior management.
6. Innovation and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in L&D and incorporate innovative approaches into training programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
