Job summary

A leading services company is seeking a Training Specialist to enhance training initiatives aligned with Emiratisation objectives. This role involves assessing training needs, developing training programs, and managing the Competency-Based Training Program for UAE Nationals. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any engineering discipline and 10-15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Aged between 35 and 45 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across the workforce.
• Develop and implement training programs for UAE Nationals.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions.
• Manage and oversee the Competency-Based Training (CBT) Program.
