Qualifications

• Experience in training program development and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of Emiratisation strategies.
• Understanding of competency-based training frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps for employees.
• Develop and implement training programs for UAE nationals.
• Provide guidance in designing and executing training policies.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for employees.
• Manage the Competency-Based Training (CBT) Program.
• Contribute to strategic Emiratisation training goals.
• Prepare budget forecasts for training courses.
