Job Description

• Conduct GAP analysis to identify employee and department competency and training needs.
• Develop benchmark knowledge plans aligned with industry standards.
• Train employees per manufacturers’ guidelines, company SOPs, and client-specific procedures.
• Organize and schedule training without disrupting operations.
• Equip the training team with necessary infrastructure and smart technologies.
• Prepare SOPs, training materials, and implement modern training solutions.
• Interpret specifications and drawings for machinery movement and rigging.
• Apply knowledge of lifting, rigging, and equipment selection.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Visit sites to assess and enhance organizational competency.
• Maintain health, safety, legal compliance, and uphold company reputation.
• Manage training documentation and conduct annual competency reviews.
• Design training programs based on audit data and execute the annual training plan.
• Evaluate training needs and resource requirements periodically.
• Deliver HSE, HR onboarding, technical, and client-specific trainings.
• Implement mentor programs and onboarding initiatives for new and promoted employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

BE (or) Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering

10+ Years in Relevant Field

Excellent written and oral communication in multilingual and English & Hindi in specific

Development of training modules and Documenting training analysis

Sound knowledge in lifting & transportation equipment with different type / manufacturers.

Examination and assessment capability

Ability to conduct HSE / Technical / HR / Client specific trainings.

Proficient computer skills and other smart technology

Good interpersonal skill and communication with all levels of management.
