Position Overview

The Training Manager – Partner Relations is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the performance and capabilities of partner organizations. This role works closely with internal sales, business development, and partner relations teams to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to drive mutual success. The Training Manager will analyze partner performance gaps, develop tailored training solutions, and measure the effectiveness of these initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs by conducting gap analyses, consulting with partner account managers, and reviewing performance metrics.
  • Design and develop customized training programs, materials, and workshops tailored to partner organizations.
  • Create and deliver training content on product launches, sales methodologies, market intelligence, and compliance requirements.
  • Leverage e-learning platforms and digital tools to facilitate scalable and accessible training for partners.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars for partner teams.
  • Organize and lead training trips or offsite sessions for international partners, as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product Teams) to ensure training content aligns with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to partners to reinforce training concepts and drive performance improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports on training outcomes, partner engagement, and ROI.
  • Adjust training strategies based on data insights and evolving business needs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and partner training teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners to understand their challenges and align training initiatives with their goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for partners, addressing queries and providing guidance on best practices.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic or a second language is a must.
  • Must have real estate development experience in training is a must.
  • Previous experience in training & creating a training material is a must.
  • Advanced MS Office skills: familiarity with e-learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Teams).
  • Communication & Influence – Strong presentation and executive reporting skills.
  • Ability to engage and train diverse audiences.
  • Builds trust and collaborates effectively with partners and internal teams.
  • Interprets performance data to refine training strategies.
  • Plans and executes training initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute training plans, manage trainings, and achieve business objectives.
