About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Training to join Dubai Holding Real Estate. The Manager will be responsible to design, develop, deliver and administer training programmes that enhance employee knowledge, skills, behaviours and performance to support the company attain its strategic objectives. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive training intervention programmes that align with Talent Management strategy and overall development of the employees to address specific skill gaps.
2. Conduct needs assessment to identify skill gaps and training needs and create training programmes that are designed to effectively improve performance and productivity of employees.
3. Plan the annual training calendar and deliver internal/external trainings and development programmes by rolling out suitable training programmes that enhance employees' skills and performance, increase productivity/quality of work and meet the identified needs in alignment with the organisation's values and culture.
4. Facilitate training and awareness sessions/workshops for employees and leaders and maintain close communication with all to discuss training needs, training methodologies and solutions to ensure they are fully aware of training opportunities available.
5. Deliver training sessions, workshops and seminars to employees, ensuring content is engaging, relevant and interactive.
6. Develop and manage the training budget to ensure that the best quality of trainings are provided within the established budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively across all levels of the organisation.
7. Identify and partner with external vendors to source training content and solutions as needed and measure performance to ensure that the organisation's L&D programmes have access to the best training content and solutions available in the market.
8. Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders to help them develop their teams and support employee development.
9. Conduct post-training surveys to measure training programmes and vendor effectiveness and relevancy along with individual retention and adoption of learnings.
10. Monitor and evaluate training programmes effectiveness, success, and ROI through training metrics and feedback reports to ensure valuable growth and development of workforce across the company. Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership team.
11. Leverage technology, LMS and e-learning tools to enhance training delivery and tracking.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Major in Human Resources; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum 4-6 years experience with at least 2 years in a senior position within a multicultural environment delivering training programmes.
3. Professional certification in Assessment and Learning and/or CIPD level 3 or 5 preferred.
4. Certified Coach or Certified NLP practitioner, preferred.
5. Good project management, interpersonal skills and highly detail oriented, analytical and self-motivated.
