Job description

Salary: AED 22,000

A leading diverse fashion retailer, with operations in the GCC is currently looking for a Training Manager. Reporting directly to the country HR Director, the Training Manager will be responsible for the analysing, developing and delivering of training programmes across the groups various brands.

This is a very exciting opportunity to head up a new department and develop a successful team of trainers in your department.

In order to be considered for the role, successful candidates will match the following criteria;

Must have been in a similar role training management role for 3 years

Must come from a retail background

Must have managed a new Training Department

Must be fluent in Arabic

Must be experienced in the entire process of Training, not just delivery. So proven results in analysis, evaluation, development and delivery.

Must be in the UAE or GCC.
