About The Team

You will be part of a dynamic and autonomous team, from Careem veterans to new members, all aligned on the same values of ownership, aiming for excellence, and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues, and captains.

What You'll Do

• On-board and train new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network.
• Visit partners and set up dashboards on provided devices or restaurant systems.
• Work with various types of partners, including large food chains, small outlets, flower shops, and pharmacies.
• Maintain trackers daily, log device dispatches, and ensure partners go online promptly.
• Assist with retraining and troubleshooting device issues.

What You'll Need

• Passion for interacting with people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to improving lives, excellence, customer service, and alignment with core values: being bold, focused, agile, and collaborative.
• Motivated with a “hunting spirit” to develop new opportunities and grow the business in Food/Service Providers space.

• Tech-savvy with an interest in E-commerce and Internet-led business.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai market.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates should be on their own visa; preference for fresh graduates.
