Training Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Training Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will respond to client training enquiries, manage leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and employ business development strategies to acquire new clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience in sales conversion.

1. Respond to client training enquiries and general queries via phone, chat, and email
2. Create opportunities from all managed leads
3. Closely follow up on all qualified sales opportunities to secure course registrations
4. Maintain client-specific folders and databases currently used in our institute
5. Contact previous clients to understand their future training needs and supply them with information accordingly
6. Maintain and update all training leads/enquiries in the CRM
7. Share lead analysis reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, detailing individual performance on these leads
8. Employ business development strategies and skills to acquire new clients (e.g., cold calling, email blasts, etc.)
9. Run outreach campaigns on old leads
10. Experience in educational/academic or training institutes with B2B selling skills for domestic and international clients is a must
11. Prior experience in sales conversion is a must. B2B selling skills are essential
12. Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills.
