Position Title: Training & QA Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals

1. Tour around different food truck locations in Dubai for staff audit & new joiners training.
2. Create and execute training programs for new leaders, building decision-making and supervisory capabilities from within the team.
3. Conduct frequent audits at the central kitchen to ensure prep consistency matches brand standards.
4. Take full ownership of operations during events, pop-ups, and activations with a hands-on approach.
