Position Summary
Coordinate training programs within the UHS department and organize new training plans. Support training and education needs from request and planning to evaluation.
Main Duties
- Program Development and Implementation: Design and develop training programs, workshops, and clinical education initiatives that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Curriculum Management: Create, update, and maintain educational materials including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Facilitation of Training and Education: Conduct training sessions, seminars, and workshops for healthcare professionals using in-person and virtual platforms.
- Tracking and Coordination: Coordinate between departments, handle request approvals, and manage student registration.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Mentorship and Support: Mentor clinical staff, guiding them through training and application of learning.
- Collaboration: Work with department heads and staff to identify needs and customize training programs.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all programs meet industry standards, accreditation, and legal regulations.
- Resource Management: Manage training resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and facilities.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Clinical Education, or Business Management.
- Registration and Life Support Instructor Certification.
- Demonstrated ability to work in multinational teams, with experience in education and training.
- Creativity and leadership skills.
- Advantageous: experience in a commissioning environment and working in an internationally accredited hospital.
