Training and Change Manager (Onsite - Dubai, 1-Year Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled Training & Change Manager to join our onsite team in Dubai on a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing training content for Data Governance, Change & Transformation Management within the Banking & Financial Services industry. This role is critical in driving training initiatives, communication strategies, and knowledge management to support policy and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute training materials, communication plans, and knowledge bases.
  2. Implement feedback channels to support the operationalization of policies, standards, and procedures.
  3. Lead and execute large-scale training programs within the financial services sector.
  4. Deliver advanced training sessions to senior stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with banking processes, systems, and central bank regulatory requirements.

Core Skills & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 10+ years of experience in Change, Transformation & Training within Financial Services.
  3. Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Expertise in Data Management, Data Governance, and Change Management tools & techniques.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to take initiative and build strong stakeholder relationships.
