We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training and Admin Officer to support our team in delivering effective training programs while managing daily administrative operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between training, documentation, and employee support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, onboarding, and learning activities
• Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports
• Assist in developing training materials and organizing logistics
• Provide general administrative support to the department
• Manage employee files, memos, and internal communication
• Support HR and compliance documentation as needed
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in training or admin roles preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
