We are looking for a vibrant and energetic Supervisor to join us in our group.

What you will be doing:

1. Support the entire housekeeping team in their work and pay close attention to detail to meet expectations from our well-regarded guests and achieve high-quality results with standard service requirements.
2. Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all public and back areas.
3. Supervise cleaning of guest areas, hallways, and stairwells.
4. As departmental instructor, maintain constant efforts towards team skill development and refresher courses on SOPs.

Your experience and skills include:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as Manager/Shift Leader for a 5-Star Hotel, preferably in UAE.
2. Excellent team management skills.
3. Superb social and communication abilities.
4. Ability to prioritize work in a busy schedule.
5. Team player who can get things done and is focused on team skill development.
6. Strong administrative and IT skills for reporting and related tasks.
