What you’ll do:

  • You will help build client relationships by supporting the development of strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals through the use of financial and wealth management solutions.
  • You will learn how to analyse a client’s financial status and assist in the creation of value proposition plans based on a thorough understanding of financial data and discussions with clients about their financial objectives.
  • You will support the team in establishing strong relationships, ensuring clients are satisfied and continue to rely on the Group and Consultants for long-term wealth management services.
  • Under the guidance of Senior Partners & Advisers, you will assist in advising clients on appropriate investment products and wealth management services. This includes preparing and submitting recommendation documents to implement plans selected by clients.
  • Where applicable, you will learn to refer clients to external financial establishments or organisations to obtain services outlined in the client value proposition plan that fall outside the scope of services provided by the firm.
  • You will participate in maintaining regular contact with clients to review and modify their financial plans, adapting them based on changing needs or market conditions. This will help you gain experience in developing and nurturing a client base through ongoing servicing.

What we’re looking for:

  • Good financial & investment knowledge, with qualifications issued by CISI, CII or other relevant professional body.
  • Proven work experience as a Trainee Wealth Adviser, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or relevant role preferably within financial services, with at least 1-year in the UAE.
  • Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Business or related field disciplines (desired).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including tact and discretion.
  • Ability to network and prospect.
  • A driven and well-motivated team player.
