What You'll Do:
To undergo a structured training program designed to develop your skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, sales processes and dealership operations.
Accountabilities
- Product Knowledge: Learn about the features, specifications, and benefits of the vehicles to effectively communicate this information to customers.
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers in the showroom and over the phone, answering inquiries about vehicles, prices, financing options, and availability.
- Sales Process: Support Sales Consultants in the sales process, from initial customer contact to closing deals. Learn to present vehicles, conduct test drives, and negotiate terms including financial and insurance products.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM tools to track leads, follow up with potential customers, and maintain customer records.
- Develop and maintain full product knowledge: of all products, accessories prices, and key features of major competitors.
- Sales Training: Participate in formal sales training sessions to develop skills in closing deals, overcoming objections, and upselling products and services.
- Personal Development: Engage in continuous professional development; keep fully up-to-date with new products launched by principal. Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process. Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes, cost savings, and revenue increases. To train and become fully familiar with the product and sales process of the brand and Al Nabooda Automobiles.

What you will need
Education Requirements:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or any related field.
Experience Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience: in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Internship or part-time experience in a customer-facing role (bonus, not required).
