Our client is looking for a Trainee Process Operator to handle semi-automatic and manual deboning processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the meat and poultry processing industry and a strong understanding of food safety, equipment handling, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate semi-automatic and manual deboning processes efficiently.
2. Read and understand complex equipment manuals and standard operational procedures.
3. Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures diligently.
4. Conduct regular machine condition checks.
5. Perform preventive maintenance based on PM checklists.
6. Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting the line.
7. Monitor production equipment and adjust parameters as per standard protocols.
8. Assist with minor maintenance during troubleshooting and repairs.
9. Report any non-conformance related to process, safety, or food quality.
10. Support the production supervisor in meeting the schedule.
11. Complete and interpret control charts accurately.
12. Manage material ordering and inventory.
13. Minimize product loss, waste, scrap, and rework.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
2. At least 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies.
3. Diploma or High School qualification.
4. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
