Trainee Process Operator Bagging Machine

BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Trainee Process Operator to manage the automatic whole chicken bagging machine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat and poultry production, with hands-on experience in equipment operation and a strong commitment to food safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate the automatic whole chicken bagging machine and support complex production line tasks.
2. Understand and follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
3. Read and interpret technical manuals for complex equipment.
4. Perform routine machine checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
5. Assemble equipment and prepare materials before production begins.
6. Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed.
7. Participate in troubleshooting and assist with minor maintenance tasks.
8. Report any safety, food safety, or quality concerns immediately.
9. Support the production schedule and assist the supervisor in achieving targets.
10. Fill out control charts for performance tracking and productivity systems.
11. Manage material ordering and usage.
12. Prevent product loss and minimize waste generation.
13. Reduce scrap and rework through process optimization.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
2. Minimum 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies.
3. Diploma or High School qualification.
4. Proficient in English (verbal and written).
