DNV GL is launching the Emirati Development Programme (EDP) to attract fresh graduates to engineering roles in offshore structures and ship design. You will work with project teams, perform technical analyses, and develop practical expertise under senior engineers.

The program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and career growth, with exposure to both technical and corporate functions to contribute to safer, smarter, and more sustainable maritime projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Naval Architecture or related fields.
• Fresh graduates (0-2 years) encouraged to apply.
• UAE Nationals with Family Book are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical analyses, documentation and reporting for projects.
• Contribute to engineering calculations for offshore structures and marine systems.
• Prepare engineering reports, design documentation and deliverables per project requirements.
• Apply fundamental engineering principles and use engineering software for modeling and verification.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time task completion.
