Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Trainee to support our CEO in daily administrative tasks and assist in external communications with customers to support our sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment, with exposure to both executive-level management and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials as required.

Customer Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact for external customers, addressing inquiries and providing information to support sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and follow up on sales leads.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other customer-related documentation.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on all customer communications.

Project Support:

  • Assist in special projects as directed by the CEO, including research, data analysis, and project coordination.
  • Support cross-functional teams as needed to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency within the role and the broader organization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices relevant to the company’s business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
