Summary

This growing crypto trading firm has experienced steady growth over the past 3-4 years, maintaining resilience despite the volatile crypto market, thanks to their robust and sensible strategies. They are highly tech-driven, developing and refining HFT algorithms for over 10 years, with a team comprising engineers from top market makers and hedge funds globally.

They are seeking an experienced engineer to join their new Trading Operations team, responsible for ensuring optimal trading operations and quick issue resolution. This pivotal role involves working closely with traders and developers to automate workflows, enhance system reliability & efficiency, and address complex HFT challenges.

This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, develop professionally, and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience Required

• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering or IT
• Strong Python scripting skills for automation and tooling
• Proficiency with Linux systems, shell scripting, and networking
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from a top-tier university
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including clear documentation
• Willingness to work in shifts and participate in an on-call rota to ensure continuous trading infrastructure operation

Desirable Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse)
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) and CI/CD systems
• Basic experience with AWS cloud services
