• Understanding of physical trading, pricing, hedging, logistics, and trade finance.
• Disciplined risk management and strong commercial judgment.
• Fluency in English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trading activities comply with internal limits, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide management with regular reporting on trading performance, exposures, and growth opportunities.

• Strong commercial judgment and a disciplined approach to risk management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory.
