Job description

• Responsible for oversight of external and internal documentation related to international Trade and operations.
• Originate KYC, Compliance and NDA contracts ensuring all documentation meets legal and company standards.
• Work with Senior management to ensure all trade contracts are compliant across numerous jurisdictions.
• Work closely with Trading team / management team & Finance Teams to execute and analyze all contracts related to the international Oil trade are compliant and in order.
• Ownership of all contracts administration within the global trade offices across London, Geneva and Dubai working closely with the CFO and Office manager.
• Act as a point of contact / subject matter expert for contracts administration and compliance for the group.

Experience :

• 5+ years’ experience in a contracts administration / analyst role within an international Trade House (Oil, Energy trading firm)
• Excellent knowledge of the global requirements for physical trade contract agreements,
• Consistently proven experience handling and producing KYC, NDAs, Trade contracts within the international markets across Europe, Middle East, Americas etc.
• Good analytical skills, ability to work closely with senior management to highlight and raise any contractual issues.
• Located in Dubai, UAE (or able to relocate)
