Job summary

ARENIX.app is seeking a Trading Community Partnerships Manager based in Dubai. You will leverage an existing network within the Forex, Crypto and Web3 trading ecosystems to open conversations with owners of active trading communities.

Responsibilities include identifying community owners, building direct relationships with mentors and educators, introducing qualified partners to ARENIX.app, and guiding partners from first conversation to launching their Arena with their own traders.

Qualifications

• Must have real, existing relationships with trading community owners and decision-makers.
• Strong network within Forex/Crypto/Web3 ecosystems preferred.
• Ability to explain Web3 concepts (wallets, smart contracts, settlement) in simple terms.

ARENIX.app is looking for a Trading Community Partnerships Manager based in Dubai. This is not a traditional social media, content creation or community moderation role. We are looking for someone who already has direct relationships within the Forex, Crypto and Web3 trading ecosystem and can open conversations with owners of active trading communities.

• Identify and approach owners of active Forex, Crypto and Web3 trading communities.
• Build direct relationships with trading mentors, KOLs, affiliates, IBs, educators and community owners.
• Introduce qualified partners toARENIXand explain the platform clearly.
• Guide interested partners from the first conversation to launching their first Arena with their own traders.
• Follow up with partners and help convert first use into recurring activity.
• Provide practical feedback from partners and traders to theARENIXteam.
• Maintain a clear pipeline of qualified partner opportunities.

Who we are looking for

You should already understand the trading ecosystem and have an existing network in at least one of the following areas:

• Forex trading communities
• Crypto trading communities
• Web3 communities
• Trading education
• Broker or IB networks
• Prop trading communities
• KOL or affiliate networks
• Telegram or Discord trading groups

We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to social media posting, content calendars, follower growth or community moderation.

The most important qualification is the ability to demonstrate real existing relationships with trading community owners and decision-makers.

You should also be comfortable explaining basic Web3 concepts including wallets, smart contracts and settlement in simple language.

What success looks like

Success in this role is measured by:

• qualified partner conversations
• partner demos
• partners launching their first Arena
• active traders introduced by partners
• partners returning to launch additional Arenas
• Follower counts and impressions are not primary KPIs.

Location

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This role requires an in-person interview in Dubai before any cooperation begins. Dubai-based candidates are strongly preferred.

Engagement

Initial cooperation may be structured on a contract basis, with the possibility of developing into a longer-term role based on performance and mutual fit.
