Job summary

Tradeify is seeking a seasoned professional to act as the primary liaison between traders and Risk/Compliance teams for escalated cases. You will manage complex account restrictions, suspensions, and terminations, serving as the dedicated contact for high-value VIP traders.

You will communicate tough decisions clearly and work with Risk, Fraud, Legal, and Product teams to review evidence and reach resolutions, protecting the brand and ensuring audit-ready records and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in high-level Customer Success, VIP Account Management, Risk/Fraud Operations, or Dispute Resolution.
• Experience within Prop Trading, Fintech, Brokerages, or Financial Services.
• Ability to review complex data, trade logs, and compliance reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication with tact for tough news.
• Collaborates with Risk, Legal, and Product teams to resolve cases.

Requirements
