Job summary

Sky Links Capital L.L.C in Dubai seeks a motivated Trader/Dealer with 3–5 years of experience in CFD Metals, Equities, and Trading Operations. You will handle AM/PM Gold trading operations, options strategies, and DMA equity trading in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with CQG, TT, Iress, and MT5 Manager, ensuring accurate trade records, reconciliation, and daily reporting. A strong understanding of trade workflows and market execution is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Applications, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of trading and trading operations experience.
• Strong exposure to AM/PM Gold trading operations and CFD metals trading.
• Experience with options trading strategies and DMA equity trading.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trader/Dealer with 3-5 years of experience in CFD Metals, Equities, and Trading Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to AM/PM Gold trading operations, options trading strategies, trade booking & reconciliation (Trade Cycle), and DMA Equity trading.

The candidate should also possess hands-on experience with trading platforms such as CQG, TT, Iress, and MT5 Manager, along with a solid understanding of trading workflows, Trading Cycle and execution management in fast-paced market environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor trades across CFD Metals (Gold/Silver), equities (Global i.e. Japan, USA, Europe Etc.) and derivatives markets (Future & Option).
• Manage AM/PM Gold trading operations including order execution, trade monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support and execute various options trading strategies.
• Handle DMA Equity trading operations and ensure efficient trade execution flow.
• Operate and manage trading platforms including CQG, TT, Iress & MT5 Manager
• Monitor market movements and assist Chief Trader with execution support.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, and dealing teams for smooth daily trading activities.
• Maintain accurate trade records and prepare daily operational and trading reports.
• Monitor client positions, margin utilization, and execution activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal trading policies and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Applications, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in trading and trading operations.
• Strong understanding of AM/PM Gold Trading Operations, CFD Gold & Metals Trading, Options Trading & Strategies, DMA Equity Trading
• Hands-on experience with CQG Platform, TT, Iress Software, MT5 Manager
• Good knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and trade lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced live trading environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage, prop trading, or institutional trading firms.
• Familiarity with global commodities and precious metals markets.
