Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an ambitious professional to join the CWIBG Business Enablement and Digital Innovation team to drive trade transformation delivery across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance. You will manage initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure compliant, digitised customer journeys.

The role requires 6+ years in Banking/FS with delivery experience in trade digitisation, plus relevant degree and certifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Banking/Financial Services experience with delivery in Trade Finance or Transaction Banking transformation.
• Knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products and related regulatory considerations.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or Agile are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver Trade Transformation and Digitisation initiatives across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
• Deliver components of the transformation roadmap, including digitisation of trade processes and customer journeys.
• Consolidate inputs from business, product, operations, and technology to shape initiatives and assess interdependencies.
• Ensure initiatives align with priorities and have clear delivery plans for governance forums.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of platform enhancements, process digitisation, and customer journey redesign.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver changes that meet scope, quality, and control requirements.
• Embed effective controls and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
