About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Trade Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and optimize our clients' trading experience, playing a crucial role in understanding their trading habits, the products they seek, and how we can improve their outcomes.

What You'll be Doing

1. Reporting: Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activities.
2. Trade Assistance: Act as an intermediary between clients to facilitate trades.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and counterparties.
4. Market Coverage & Intelligence: Monitor order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products.

What We Look For In You

1. Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
2. 3-5 years of experience in trade operations, preferably in a crypto exchange, brokerage, or traditional finance firm.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market.
4. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
5. Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving business growth.
6. Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
