Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, enhancing in-store experiences, consumer engagement and supporting sell-out activities across the region (GCC + Duty Free). This role combines strategic trade marketing planning with hands-on visual merchandising execution to support brand growth across all retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing:
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with Sisley Orient brand objectives and sales targets, enhancing brand presence, consumer engagement and sales conversion across various retail channels, making ROI driven decisions and recommendations.
- Plan and coordinate promotions, launches, and animations with retailers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute activation calendar within the region (Events, masterclasses, CRM, takeovers…)
- Monitor, analyse and report the performance of trade activities to ensure ROI and efficiency.
- Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) & Collaterals planning, production, and distribution.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners to maximize brand exposure and space.
- Track and report on budget allocation for each activity to ensure return on investment and identify opportunities for improvement.
Visual Merchandising:
- Implement and maintain brand visual guidelines across all retail locations.
- Coordinate store layouts, product placements, planograms, and VM displays for launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are met and optimized.
- Manage the installation and maintenance of branded fixtures and visual tools.
- Collaborate with regional and global VM teams for approvals and support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- First experience in trade marketing and/or visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of retail environments in the GCC
- Dynamic, positive thinking, analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Creative eye and attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally for store visits and events.
